This little girl made a decision to dance rather than brood that there was rain. She is an example for us to rejoice in the Lord regardless of our circumstances. By doing so, we are able to focus again on the fact of God's care for us in the midst of difficult circumstances. Paul wrote the words of this verse as a prisoner under Roman guard.
